Nowadays the internet is best place to search for properties to rent. We advertise our properties on sites including www.onthemarket.co.uk, www.spareroom.co.uk and numerous other smaller sites.

Renting a property can sometimes be complicated so it is important to familiarise yourself with the process. Before you even look at a property you will need to work out what you can afford by looking at what the basic outgoings are likely to be. For instance you will need to take into account the following;-

  1. The Initial Cost of The Deposit and Upfront Rent
  2. The Monthly Rent going forward throughout the tenancy
  3. Utility Bills – Gas, Electricity, Water, Sewage, TV Licence, Council Tax
  4. Contents Insurance

Once you have viewed a property with us and have decided you wish to rent the property we will ask for you to place a ‘holding deposit’ on the property to secure the property for yourself. More information on this can be found by clicking the link below
